All of our treat bags have a shelf life of 8 weeks (from the date of purchase). We have developed the following recommendations to ensure that every piece of our treats given to your pup is fresh and delicious for your furry friend.
- All of our treats are made to order, which means that when you place an order through our website or at one of our local markets/events, the treats in such bag have been made within that week. This guarantees that you are obtaining a fresh batch of our nutritious treats every time you purchase from Waggly Tailz.
- We use a resealable bag to keep the treats fresh after opening. Please ensure to properly reseal the bag each time, after rewarding your lovely pup.
- Please ensure to properly store the treat bag in a cool dry space.
- If your pup has not finished all of the treats in the bag within two weeks since the purchase date, we recommend that you store the properly sealed bag in the refrigerator. This will aid in the preservation of the texture and freshness of the remaining treats in the bag.
To ensure that our mission is fulfilled, we have created an honor system to provide our customers with the highest satisfaction. If at any point during the guaranteed shelf life of our products (4 months) even after following the previous recommendations, our treats do not meet the quality standards for safe consumption (ex. growth of mold), we ask that you kindly inform us by completing the form below. A replacement of such product will be provided to you free of charge.
